Extension and modernization of social services facilities Nitrava
Mitura, Daniel ; Krupica, Roman (referee) ; Hradil, Dušan (advisor)
The subject of this diploma thesis is the assessment of the existing facility of social services and the proposal for the modernization of the complex of objects in the facility. To date, the objects are fully utilized. Existing buildings Panel apartment building "A", Panel apartment building "B" and Connecting corridor "D". The existing construction object "C" will be demolished in its entirety. The diploma thesis focuses on the new construction object Extension, which has the task of replacing object "C" and modernizing the social services facility so that it meets the standard conditions. The proposed building is located on land that is accessible from Železničiarska street on the outskirts of Nitra. The extension is located on the north side of the land. The main entrance to the building is solved by crossing the Connecting Corridor. The building has two underground and four above-ground floors. On the 1st floor, there are pharmacy premises, a kitchen with a buffet and facilities, toilets and connecting corridors. In the northwest corner there is a warehouse for landscaping the green areas of the property. In the 1st floor there is a boiler room, a cleaning room and collective garage spaces, which also go into the 2nd floor. The dining room, toilets and chapel are located on the 2nd floor. On the 3rd floor, the premises of the dialysis clinic, workshops and rest rooms serving as clubhouses are accessible from the connecting corridor. The supporting system of the substructure is designed from monolithic waterproof reinforced concrete. The structure of the upper structure mainly consists of prefabricated reinforced concrete columns and beams. The rigidity of the upper structure is solved by two stiffening monolithic reinforced concrete cores, in which vertical communications are placed. The supporting elements of the ceilings are designed from prestressed ceiling panels and monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The building is covered with a green single-layer flat roof. The insulation of the perimeter structures is designed with the ETICS contact insulation system made of mineral wool. The foundation structures are designed as monolithic grids.
The Design of Hotel Foundations
Németh, Gábor ; Boštík, Jiří (referee) ; Glisníková, Věra (advisor)
The bachelor thesis discusses the possible ways of surface and underground establishing the basics of structures and buildings in his first part. In the second, practical part is being resolved a safe and economical foundation of a multi-functional building (a hotel) in Brno - Pisárky within the given geological conditions . Even though the proposed variants are calculated without the use of computational software, software PLAXIS is used to compare the results. The conclusion contains the comparison and evaluation of the results of both approaches.
The Design of Object Foundation
Adamík, Václav ; Štefaňák, Jan (referee) ; Glisníková, Věra (advisor)
The aim of this work is to introduce the foundation of buildings and to make a closer approach to the issue of deep foundation, which is needed to replace the shallow foundation. The reason is a small carrying capacity or too big compressibility of foundation soil. The main point of this work is practical solution of concrete deep foundation and comparing results from a calculation program GEO 5 with results which we get without using the calculation program.
Waterpark Jeseník - selected geotechnical problems
Kučera, Jakub ; Fiala, Radek (referee) ; Glisníková, Věra (advisor)
The bachelor thesis discusses the possible ways of establishing the basics of structures. Its main focus lays on foundation pads and piles. The practical part consists of finding a solution regarding two different approaches of the foundation of the waterslide in Aquapark Jeseník. Even though the proposed variants are calculated without the use of computational software, software GEO 5 is used to compare the results. The conclusion contains the comparison and evaluation of the results of both approaches.
